Please Note: ALL BOAT SALES ARE FINAL - If you need to submit a warranty claim, please see below for more information.

If you need to return a product and/or receive a refund, please contact our North Carolina offices. You may be subject to a cancellation / restocking fee. You can either call us at 828-774-5511 or email info@feelfreeus.com.  Please keep in mind for a refund to be issued, the returned product must be in the original packaging, have all hardware and parts included, and in acceptable condition for resale. 

Filing a Warranty Claim

If you suspect the product is defective and need to file a warranty claim, please send an email to info@feelfreeus.com with the images attached and we will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
