Finally had the chance to get it in the water. It handled very well. Did find standing up did not feel stable for me so a bar may be the solution. Didn't feel it would flip but I am an old guy and thought I might lose my balance. Just added a fish finder and discovered they did a great job on the console design . Added a Garmin Striker Vivid 7 CV. Some videos on YouTube were helpful but it all seemed logical. Saw others had to do all sorts of mods to install on other brands. Feel Free even accounted for the fact the transducer cable will be very long so they added a hole to bring the excess cable into the console and then lead out the top. Not a cable one would typically want to cut and splice. The design of the hole in the hull for the console is brilliant. They put some thought in to insure it protects the transducer if attached to the bottom of the console. I can remove the console and all the fish finder components are attached making it easy and fast to store for security and travel. The seat in the kayak doesn't hurt my back after hours of fishing. Used another kayak which was torture. I don't miss my bass boat.
So far (2 trips in) it has worked great and I would recommend it for other new kayak anglers. It is very stable and I can stand easily it it. I like that it has the options for inserting pedal or motor drive.
Everything is made quality. Nothing broken when it showed up. Mounted a transducer with zero issues and have already caught a ton of fish on it. Highly recommend
Very sturdy kayak and the gravity seat is amazing!
