This company has figured out what a good fishing kayak needs to do well. Finally had a chance to get it out a couple of times and fishing for hours is so comfortable. Very happy it came with the high back seat as standard, makes the day out on the water easy on the body. The kayak is still extremely stable at 10 feet and has enough available storage for all your fishing goodies, cooler with storage up front for dry bags. Not the fastest paddling kayak, but it does hold positions in the water even when a little breezy, so haven't had to anchor yet. Really glad I added the rudder kit, which was easy to install. Makes a huge difference in wind for steering and stability, while being able to maneuver streams and tight areas. Simple to add a fish finder to the center pod, which also protects the transducer. So even though it is smaller than its big brothers, its perfect for single day trips. I haven't found a need for something bigger for the types of areas I fish and very happy with the design and functionality. Also a shout out to the company for how well it packed for shipping.
I live in Ohio haven’t got to try it out in the water yet but so far it’s looking pretty good! I was wondering if I could put pedals on it or if it was to short?
Unfortunately the Lure 10 isn't compatible with our Overdrive system.
Purchased from a local dealer and very happy with it overall. Has plenty of storage space and very easy to get to while sitting down. Ive rented kayaks a few times before and was very uncomfortable with the seating on those. This seat is very comfortable and easily adjusted to different heights. Recently when to a local springs for a all day trip and it was great! Its very versatile for kayaking and for fishing both. I recommend it and its manageable for one person.
