What are shipping lead times? If an item is in stock on our website, it means we have it here at the warehouse and will typically ship within 5 business days - please note that unforeseen delays can occur. Kayaks can take up to two weeks to arrive once an order has been placed. We will supply tracking info for all shipments.

Can I get a replacement MSO? Yes. Please email to info@feelfreeus.com. We'll require a photo of your serial number and a mailing address.

Can I come buy a kayak direct from the warehouse? We operate out of a commercial warehouse and do not have the personel to accomodate customer sales at our warehouse. We have a full line of products at our retail partner Waterways USA, located in West Asheville. Check out www.waterwaysusa.com for store info, and hours of operation. Jonathan Wicks the store manager will be happy to provide assistance!

How much does it cost to ship a kayak? Shipping typically runs between $99 to $250; regional price increases are automatically calculated. When you enter your address at checkout, an accurate shipping charge will be available.

Where is my serial number? Your serial number will be located just above the waterline on the right side (starboard) of the boat, at the stern of your kayak.

Can I put a pedal drive in a Lure 10 V2? The Lure 10 V2 is not compatible with the Overdrive system.

Do you offer preordering options? We don't provide preorder options. We feel the best way to handle online sales is to sell what we have in stock. If you order an item from our website, it is available, and will ship in a timely fashion.

How do i know when a product is back in stock? We have an app set up on all our e-commerce sites that will alert you via text or email when a product is avaiable. This option is located on the product page, simply click the "Notify When Available Online" box, and enter the necessary information.
