Feelfree US is looking to hire a capable individual for our warranty/customer service department. Basic knowledge of kayaks is required, on the job training will be administered, but a solid understanding of kayaks will make training easier to comprehend. Familiarity with Quickbooks and all Microsoft programs is preferred. A commitment to organization is paramount for this job, keeping claims and emails organized will help us to provide the best service to our customers.

Responsibilities - Answering warranty questions, emails, filing claims, monthly reports, order processing, inventory management (as it pertains to warranty claims), reporting issues to manufacturing, and general customer service.

The training and job experience you'll receive is invaluable. We are a fast growing company and need people who are team oriented, and willing to work hard for the progression of this company. You'll be evaluated after a 90 day period, at that time we will discuss your future with the company.
