I had pre-fished the day before, finding water temps in the mid fifties, which would have been great for a pre-spawn bite if it wasn’t for the cold front coming through. I recently travelled 1,000 miles south of my home in southeastern Pennsylvania to compete in the first KBS tournament of the year on the St. Johns River in Florida.
