Shipping and Response Time Delays

We are currently experiencing extended delays in shipping and inquiry response times due in part to COVID-19 government imposed regional operational restrictions and an unexpected high volume of orders.

We want to ensure the safety of our employees and partners so are doing our part to comply with the ordinance. However, we do have an essential crew working hard to make sure all orders are shipped out in the order they were received and responding to all customer inquiries as quickly as we possibly can.

If you are looking for your initial order confirmation email, you may want to check your spam folder and mark it as "not spam" for future communications. Once your order is shipped out of our warehouse you should receive an email notification with tracking information.

If you are looking to address a potential warranty claim, please write "Warranty Inquiry" in the subject line so that we can funnel your request to our warranty department.
